Terms of Service
Welcome to MAVAN3D. By accessing or purchasing from our website or TikTok Shop, you agree to the following terms.
General These Terms of Service apply to all customers of MAVAN3D. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice.
Products All products are subject to availability. Many of our items are 3D-printed and made to order. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Please note that minor variations in color, dimensions, texture, or visible layer lines are normal characteristics of 3D-printed products, and colors may vary slightly due to screen display differences.
Custom & Personalized Orders For custom or personalized orders, you are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of any details you provide (such as spelling, text, and design files) and for holding the rights to any content you submit. Once production of a made-to-order item has begun, the order cannot be changed or cancelled. We reserve the right to decline any custom order that may infringe on intellectual property rights or that we consider inappropriate or offensive.
Orders & Payments By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate. We accept all major payment methods available at checkout. Orders may be cancelled or refused at our discretion.
Shipping We aim to process and ship orders within the timeframes stated in our Shipping Policy. Delivery times may vary, and we are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs.
Returns & Refunds Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details on returns and refunds. For TikTok Shop orders, returns are governed by TikTok Shop's Buyer Protection Program.
Intellectual Property All site content and original product designs are the property of MAVAN3D and may not be used without permission.
