Processing Time Standard in-stock orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Custom, personalized, or made-to-order 3D-printed items require additional production time, which will be noted on the product page or confirmed with you after purchase. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Rates & Delivery We offer free standard shipping on all orders. Estimated delivery times typically range from 5–10 business days after processing, depending on your location.
Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Lost or Stolen Packages MAVAN3D is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are confirmed as delivered by the carrier. If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please contact your local carrier for assistance, and reach out to us so we can help.
