All items are made to order, so please allow a few business days for production before your order ships.
Shipping
Once your order is produced, it ships with tracking. Delivery times vary by destination and the shipping method selected at checkout.

You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
Returns & exchanges
Because many of our products are custom or personalized, they are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective. If something isn't right, email mavan3dstore@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery with photos and we'll make it right.
Damaged or incorrect items
We stand behind our work. If your item arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, contact us and we'll replace it or refund you.
