Shipping is free on every order, with no minimum. No codes, no thresholds.
Processing time
In-stock items are processed within 1–2 business days. Custom, personalized, or made-to-order 3D-printed items need additional production time, which we'll note on the product page or confirm with you after you order. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.
Delivery estimates
- United States: typically 7–15 business days after processing.
- International: typically 10–25 business days after processing.
Tracking
You'll get a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships. Please allow a few days for tracking to begin updating.
Order changes & cancellations
Need to change or cancel? Email us within 12 hours of ordering and we'll do our best. Once a made-to-order item enters production, we can't make changes.
Wrong address
Please double-check your shipping details at checkout. We can't reroute or refund orders sent to an incorrect address once they've shipped, so message us right away if something looks wrong.
