Return window
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. We review and respond to every return or refund request within 2 business days.
Eligibility
Unused items in their original condition and original packaging are eligible for return within the 30-day window. Please note that custom, personalized, or made-to-order 3D-printed items can't be returned for change of mind, unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
We never charge a restocking fee.
Damaged, defective, or wrong item
We'll make it right. Email us within the 30-day window with your order number and a photo, and we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund. If we need the item back, we'll provide a prepaid return label.
TikTok Shop orders
Orders placed through TikTok Shop are covered by TikTok Shop's Buyer Protection Program. You can open a return or dispute directly in the TikTok Shop app within 30 days of delivery.
How to start a return
Email admin@mavan3d.com with your order number and the reason. We'll reply within 1–2 business days with instructions.
Refunds
Once your return is received and approved, your refund goes back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Return shipping
We cover return shipping when an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. For change-of-mind returns on eligible items, customers cover return shipping.
